Orders

• All orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
• Pre-orders require up to 14 business days to process before shipping.
• Pre-orders for perfumes and flammable items (such as fixing sprays and pressurized cans) require up to 30 days to process before shipping due to international shipping restrictions.
• Once an order is confirmed and paid, it cannot be canceled or modified, especially for imported products.

Payments

• All payments must be completed at checkout.
• Prices are listed in the local currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to update prices or products at any time without prior notice.

Shipping

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the package has been handed over.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Incorrect addresses may result in additional charges or failed deliveries.

Refunds & Returns

• All sales are final.
• Refunds (if applicable) are issued only through our system and returned to the same card or account used for payment.
• No refunds or transfers will be made to other bank accounts.

Product Use & Liability

• Some products may contain flammable ingredients or be pressurized. Customers are responsible for using all products safely and storing them according to the instructions provided.
• We are not liable for misuse or negligence after delivery.
