Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the following countries:

United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, and Kuwait.

 

Delivery Time

• Within UAE: 2–3 business days.
• To GCC countries: 5–7 business days.

Pre-orders

• Pre-orders from the U.S. require up to 14 business days to process before shipping.
• Pre-orders for perfumes and flammable items (such as fixing sprays or pressurized cans) require up to 30 days to process before shipping, due to international shipping and safety restrictions.

Important Notes

• Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and destination.
• We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers once the order has been handed over to them.
