Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Pre-orders

• Pre-orders require up to 14 business days to process before shipping.
• Pre-orders for perfumes and flammable products (such as fixing sprays and pressurized cans) require up to 30 days to process before shipping due to international shipping restrictions.
• Once the order is confirmed and paid, it cannot be canceled or refunded, especially for items imported from the U.S.

Refunds (if applicable)

• Refunds are processed through our system only and will be returned to the same card or account used for the original purchase.
• No refunds or transfers will be made to any other bank accounts or payment methods.
• Cash refunds are not available.

 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package at wafadaydreaming@gmail.com, and we will gladly assist you.
